Starting with coffee farmers, we gradually expanded to different produce that have Geographical Indication status to work with different communities that face similar challenges with branding, approval, and visibility.
We have conducted workshops at different farms and organizations across provinces where we work to increase recognition and inspire young people to innovate by demonstrating the impact of Faefair coffee, as well as working with the Biodiversity-based Economy Development Office (BEDO), a Thai government organization established to promote economic development through the sustainable use of biodiversity to promote GI produce nationally.
